Qualifications

• Experience delivering Facilities Management across a multi-site or regional portfolio.
• Strong understanding of building services, maintenance and safe workplaces.
• Experience managing outsourced FM operating models and supplier governance.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting and cost avoidance within a risk framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Facilities Management delivery across a multi-site portfolio.
• Embed global FM standards and coordinate market delivery with local governance.
• Manage outsourced FM suppliers and governance, including performance reviews and service delivery.
• Drive risk, resilience, assurance, and commercial performance (budgets, cost discipline, savings).
• Lead collaboration across Workspace Operations, Engineering, Health & Safety, Hospitality and ESG to drive standardisation and digitisation.
