Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead regional facilities management across UK, Europe, US and LATAM. You will manage high-quality workplace services, strategic suppliers, and drive standardisation, resilience and cost efficiency across a complex portfolio.

The role offers opportunities to influence market teams, embed global standards and deliver improvements through technology and strong commercial management. Experience with multi-site portfolios and ESG alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Facilities Management across a regional portfolio.
• Strong understanding of building services, risk, and compliance.
• Experience managing outsourced FM models and strategic suppliers.
• Financial judgement across budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FM delivery across a multi-site portfolio with safe, high-quality services.
• Embed global FM standards and coordinate market delivery with local governance.
• Manage outsourced FM suppliers and performance reviews; oversee JLL partnership.
• Drive risk, resilience, budgeting, forecasting and cost discipline.
• Lead collaboration across Workspace Ops, Engineering, Health & Safety, ESG to drive digitisation.
