Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Total FM (TFM) in custodial/secure environments.
• Engineering qualification with building services maintenance.
• IOSH qualification required; NEBOSH desirable.
• Professional body membership (IWFM/CMI/IOSH).
• Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards.
• Experience across Hard FM and Soft Services.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract requirements and CDIs are met with high quality.
• Develop service plans, policies, and procedures aligned to client needs.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and data insights.
• Drive service improvements and operational efficiency.
• Resource planning and escalation point for complex issues.
• Support audits and inspections; maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Collaborate with QHSE Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
