Job summary

Haven in Tenby seeks a Head of Facilities to lead a large team covering site maintenance, facilities management, security and the cleaning operation. You will ensure an impeccably maintained, safe and clean park environment where guests create memories that last a lifetime.

You will lead with direction, coach managers, manage budgets, and continuously improve operations to enhance guest and owner satisfaction while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in facilities management (hard and soft services).
• Proven negotiating and vendor-management skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and people-development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Facilities Team with clear goals.
• Engage with guests, owners, and stakeholders to address needs and feedback.
• Develop and implement strategic plans including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Manage and appraise team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Drive performance improvements, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to build relationships and opportunities.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in all relevant areas.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and plans.
