CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations for Exhibitions based at the NEC Birmingham. You will lead the end-to-end operational delivery of domestic and international event logistics, coordinating skilled teams and complex movements to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading operations within large-scale exhibitions, events or logistics.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
Proven track record delivering against KPIs and contractual commitments.
Experience managing multi-client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and event organisers.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of Domestic Event Logistics UK and international events.
Oversee time-critical event logistics with international colleagues, clients and suppliers.
Own operational budgets, financial performance and forecasting.
Develop client relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Identify growth opportunities and support new business development.
