Qualifications

• Significant operational leadership experience in large-scale logistics, warehousing or ecommerce environments.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver against budgetary targets.
• Strong people leadership with ability to build, develop and engage senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across contract logistics operations and ensure delivery against financial, operational and service KPIs.
• Develop and execute annual business plans with budget management and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer value.
• Build senior-level client relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction and contract retention.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing management structures with accountability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
