Detail 2 Limited is seeking an experienced Exhibition Logistics & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Tonbridge. The role blends freight operations, business development and sales for international exhibitions, events and product launches.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in exhibition logistics or multi-modal freight forwarding, with a strong commercial mindset and superb communication and organisational skills.

Formación

• Minimum three years in exhibition logistics or multi‑modal freight forwarding.
• Proven sales ability with track record of growing accounts.
• Experience coordinating exhibition, event or product launch logistics.
• Strong understanding of international and European freight operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities and client activity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales and hit targets.
• Support business development and growth of international freight forwarding operations.
• Assist with tenders, quotations, client enquiries and logistics proposals.
• Manage sales enquiries and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
