Engineering Leader | AI-Native B2B SaaS | London (Hybrid)

£150k-£200k + meaningful equity

The mission

Join a revenue-generating AI-native SaaS startup solving complex workflow problems for modern enterprise teams. Already scaling fast with £30m raised and Series A incoming from top-tier VCs, this is a chance to build the UK engineering hub from scratch.

The role

Step in as the most senior engineering leader, owning technical vision, architecture, team-building and execution end-to-end. You'll partner directly with founders / CEO, balancing rapid scaling with long-term platform quality in a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do
  • Set the technical strategy and architecture as the platform handles real customer scale.
  • Build and lead a high-calibre London engineering team (from 9 to 20+ in 12-18 months).
  • Stay close to product and customers, driving decisions that balance speed, quality and sustainability.
  • Shape engineering culture, hiring standards and processes from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with founders on priorities, execution and scaling the go-to-market hub.
