DTC Health & Wellness Scale-up is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to own online performance, with a focus on CRO, landing pages, and seamless customer journeys from paid creative to conversion.

You will drive improvements across multiple markets, collaborating with founders and an in-house creative team to identify opportunities, test ideas, and implement live customer experiences in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Ecommerce growth experience in scaling DTC brands or consumer brands.
• Deep CRO knowledge focusing on landing pages and customer journeys.
• Ability to connect paid media strategy with on-site performance using data.
• Experience with Shopify and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable in a founder-led, lean team environment.

Responsabilités

• Own website trading, CRO and commercial performance across markets.
• Build landing experiences that connect paid creative with customer intent.
• Lead experimentation across PDPs, landing pages, navigation, offers and checkout.
• Improve conversion, AOV and revenue per session using customer insights.
• Direct specialist paid media, email and digital partners around priorities.
