Job summary

Boparan Restaurant Group seeks a senior Head of E-Commerce, Digital & Delivery Marketing to drive digital growth across its brands. You will own the strategy for OOR, CRM, apps and paid digital, balancing revenue, guest acquisition and profitability.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, partner with Operations, Brand and Finance, and ensure campaigns across delivery platforms, loyalty and digital guest journeys are executed to maximize incremental sales.

Qualifications

• Significant digital and performance marketing experience in a multi-site consumer business.
• Direct experience of food delivery and the restaurant/QSR delivery ecosystem.
• Proven track record driving measurable digital revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and commercial performance of BRG’s OOR and delivery channels across the portfolio.
• Own the CRM strategy across the BRG portfolio, driving acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Lead BRG’s paid digital approach across the portfolio and manage external media agencies.
• Oversee apps, loyalty and digital ordering to improve guest acquisition, engagement and spend.
• Lead and develop the Social Media Manager and ensure a connected, cross‑channel strategy.
