Job summary

Orlebar Brown is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and loyalty across Paid Social, SEO, PPC, and affiliates. Based in Fitzrovia, London, you will partner with CRM and ecommerce to optimise the full funnel and deliver growth on a 12-month FTC.

You will manage multiple agencies, craft data-driven campaigns, and implement testing to improve ROI. The role demands solid budgeting, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration within a global lifestyle

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record in digital customer acquisition and retention via paid channels.
• Well-versed across digital channels with analytical capabilities.
• Experience in budgeting and optimizing spend to meet objectives.
• Strong understanding of best-in-class creative formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital customer acquisition strategy across Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Display.
• Collaborate with CRM to define retention and targeting for acquisition.
• Lead digital planning sessions with external agencies to support trading plans.
• Work with ecommerce to ensure channels reflect trading needs.
• Oversee content alignment with paid channels and campaign best practices.
• Manage agencies and weekly reporting to improve ROI and ROAS.
• Develop and execute Organic Social strategy with creative teams.
• Influence influencer/KOL strategy with regional marketing leads.
• Implement A/B testing across channels and track performance.
