Zusammenfassung

Wealthify, a Cardiff-based digital wealth manager, seeks a Head of CRM to lead the existing CRM team and drive a refreshed data-driven programmatic communications strategy. You will own CRM planning, oversee omni-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app notifications), and collaborate with the Data Team to increase customer lifetime value and multi-product holdings.

Qualifikationen

• Proven CRM expert with demonstrable success in driving commercial results.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Broad knowledge of CRM platforms/email providers/marketing automation.
• Knowledge of automated lifecycle programs, dynamic content, segmentation and testing.
• Data management, analysis, and reporting understanding.
• Omni-channel experience including SMS, email, and push notifications.
• Experience with retention and loyalty programmes.
• Willingness to learn the new platform with hands-on experience an advantage.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, multi-tasking to deadlines.
