Job summary

Rise Resourcing is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to take ownership of our customer strategy. You will turn transactional data into high-impact campaigns and build customer journeys that customers look forward to receiving.

Work with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to build automated workflows, segment audiences, and drive commercial growth across our omnichannel retail brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience building automated workflows and personalized campaigns.
• Experience launching or growing loyalty programs that drive retention.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign creation: concepts, write, segment, and launch multi-channel campaigns.
• Architect the loyalty vision with roadmaps to drive lifetime value and retention.
• Automate and personalize workflows to deliver timely messages in the customer journey.
• Own the tech stack: manage CRM/CDP, optimize tools, and coordinate agency partners.
• Measure and optimize campaigns by tracking incremental sales, margin and retention.
