Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Head of Direct Marketing to own end-to-end direct marketing, from creative and offers to data enrichment and reporting. You will lead analysts, collaborate with the creative team, and drive CAC and LTV targets across a scalable, high-velocity DM program.

You’ll own budget, data pipelines, and supplier relationships, building a core growth engine for a profitable fintech business with ambitious UK and US expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct marketing with end-to-end ownership
• Experience mailing cold prospects at scale
• Commercial ownership: forecast volumes, CAC, ROI
• Data procurement: list selection, enrichment and cost
• DM supply chain knowledge: print, mail, RM products
• Ability to run a multi-drop campaign calendar
• Experience leading analysts and working with creative teams
• Strong communicator with finance, risk and data teams
• Demonstrable use of AI in workflow

Responsibilities

• Own direct marketing strategy: volume, response and payback targets aligned to LTV
• Own channel P&L: forecasting, budget and CAC/LTV discipline
• Plan and execute the campaign calendar from data to mail landing on doormats
• Source and buy prospect data and guide analysts on response/propensity models
• Negotiate with and manage print and postal suppliers on cost and quality
• Brief creative teams on packs, copy and offers through compliance sign-off
• Build reporting tying sends to revenue, funnel and LTV and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Hire and develop the team as the channel scales, leveraging AI to punch above weight
