Job summary

Liberty is looking for a seasoned Digital PR lead to steer the agency’s flagship Digital PR team in Cardiff. You will translate strategic direction into clear priorities, manage a team’s performance, and drive commercial outcomes through high-impact campaigns and strong media relationships.

Reporting to the Organic Search Director, you’ll oversee forecasting, margin, utilisation and client communications, while collaborating with SEO, Content, Paid Media and Social teams to deliver joined-up

Qualifications

• Led a Digital PR team in an agency with client outcomes and commercial results.
• Experience in agencies of 20–100 staff across SEO, content, digital PR, paid media and social.
• Proven ability to grow a channel's client list and revenue.
• Comfortable discussing forecast and margin with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital PR team to hit client KPIs and commercial targets.
• Set campaign standards for outreach and media relationships.
• Manage capacity, deadlines and performance reviews.
• Lead client calls and QSRs, linking performance to client goals.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Client Services.
