Job summary

Liberty Marketing in Cardiff (UK) seeks a Digital PR leader to drive client KPIs, manage a growing team, and own the channel’s commercial performance. You will work with SEO, Content, Paid Media, and Client Services to craft joined-up campaigns, mentor staff through regular reviews, and help secure renewals and new business.

The role requires experience leading an agency Digital PR function, with a focus on measurable outcomes and strong media relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a Digital PR team in an agency setting.
Track record of delivering client outcomes and commercial results (retention, revenue, margin).
Comfortable in commercial conversations with leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital PR team to hit client KPIs and commercial targets.
Manage and develop team through regular 1:1s and reviews, and support recruitment and onboarding.
Grow the channel by driving renewals and upsells with Client Services.
Own channel metrics: forecast, margin, utilisation, and ensure efficiency.
Be escalation point when campaigns derail and adapt to new ideas and AI developments.
Collaborate with SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Client Services for joined-up strategies.
Step into delivery to protect deadlines when needed.
