Liberty is seeking a confident, culturally connected PR and communications leader to strengthen our reputation, tell our stories and create moments that drive brand desire and commercial impact. You will lead PR across Liberty Retail, Liberty Brand, Liberty Fabrics and LBTY beauty, setting the in‑house direction and guiding agencies to ensure a single Liberty voice.

• Strong track record of leading PR and communications for a consumer brand.
• Experience balancing product publicity with brand-building campaigns.
• Beauty PR expertise with cross-category storytelling.
• Established relationships with press and creative communities.
• Ability to originate creative ideas and translate cultural insights.
• Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies.
• Excellent writing and editing with clear tone of voice.
• Strategic understanding of digital PR, affiliate publishing and SEO.
• Experience managing budgets and senior stakeholders.
