Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Head of Operations to scale a growing portfolio spanning digital services, telecoms and customer support. You will join the senior leadership team and collaborate with the CEO and CTO to align delivery with strategic goals.

Expect hands-on work to streamline workflows, develop leaders, and establish performance measures while guiding technology projects through a period of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Senior operations experience in digital services, telecoms or a related service business with evidence of improving processes and leading teams through change.
• Commercial judgement, strong project management and a focus on customers will matter.
• Familiarity with web development, SEO/PPC or VoIP would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across digital services, telecoms and customer support.
• Simplify processes and improve handovers, service quality and efficiency.
• Build the teams, accountability and operational structure needed for growth.
• Work with the CEO and CTO to implement practical improvements across service delivery.
