Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing UK SaaS company in London to recruit a Technical Lead Full Stack Developer. You will shape and deliver the next generation of customer-facing platforms through a hands-on leadership role in a cloud-based stack.

You will be involved from early design to production delivery, leading a high-performing team and ensuring code quality, security and performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong background in building large, production SaaS platforms.
• Experience with scalable architectures and modern cloud stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a high-performing development squad (10+).
• Contribute to solution design, system architecture and domain modelling.
• Build proofs-of-concepts and spike complex areas of work.
• Break down requirements into deliverable epics and user stories with product managers.
• Develop and deliver production-ready code across the full stack.
• Ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, performance and security.
• Support and improve live systems after deployment.
• Influence technical direction and engineering best practices.
