Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a venture-backed B2B SaaS business to recruit a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale its global CS function. The role reports to the CRO and oversees a team across CS and Technical Support, owning retention, expansions and customer health across enterprise accounts.

You will build scalable CS processes, establish metrics and partner with Sales, Product and Tech to maximise revenue and customer value.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and scaling Customer Success teams in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of improving retention, renewals and expansion revenue.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial focus and data-driven approach to customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Specialists.
• Own customer retention, renewals, expansion and upsell across an enterprise portfolio.
• Develop and execute a scalable Customer Success strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build strategic account plans to maximise customer lifetime value.
• Establish health scoring, forecasting and reporting to proactively manage risk.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption and customer engagement for long-term success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Tech to drive outcomes and revenue growth.
