They seek an experienced Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to shape and deliver the next generation of customer-facing platforms in a hybrid Hampshire role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of JavaScript and TypeScript experience.
• Strong background in system design and scalable architectures.
• Experience building large, production SaaS platforms.
• Clean-code mindset with testable code.
• Experience with mature CI/CD and deployment environments.
• Commercial mindset in designing and delivering software.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders; interest in AI in development.
• Passion for performance and security; engineering best practices.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across a high-performing squad (10+).
• Contribute to solution design, architecture and domain modelling.
• Build proof-of-concepts and spike complex areas.
• Break down requirements into epics and user stories with product managers.
• Develop and deliver production-ready full-stack code.
• Maintain quality, performance and security across the stack.
• Support and improve live systems post-deployment.
• Influence technical direction and engineering best practices.
