1st Formations is seeking a commercially minded Head of Operations to drive day-to-day performance across customer sales, retention, service, mail, Co Sec and serviced offices. • Experience in a scaling SME environment and in subscription, membership or B2B services.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical operational plans.
• Comfort working with senior leadership and driving growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own operating strategy and day-to-day performance across customer sales, retention, service and associated offices.
• Set and manage operating cadence, targets, workflows and standards for all functions.
• Build and own reporting and KPI framework for real-time visibility into performance and risk.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Partner with the CEO to evaluate growth opportunities and operational readiness to scale.
