Plan A Digital LTD in London is seeking a Head of Digital Delivery to lead the ongoing development of customer-facing digital and eCommerce platforms. You will align business priorities with an effective digital roadmap and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a proven background in technology delivery, strong retail/eCommerce experience and a track record of enhancing digital performance and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience delivering digital commerce or customer-facing platforms at scale.
• Strong retail/eCommerce experience and understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization.
• Experience of A/B testing and data-led optimization.
• Proven experience managing multiple external technology or digital delivery partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital and eCommerce platforms.
• Own digital roadmaps, releases and platform enhancements.
• Drive improvements in conversion, customer engagement and digital experience.
• Optimise customer journeys through data, insight, experimentation and A/B testing.
• Ensure effective integration between digital platforms, CRM, data and core business systems.
• Manage multiple external technology or digital delivery partners, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Maintain platform stability, reliability and release quality during ongoing change.
• Collaborate with commercial and technology teams to ensure digital investment delivers measurable business value.
