Job summary

Elite Executive Recruitment is recruiting an eCommerce Lead to own the digital customer experience, design and content across UX, UI, copy and emails. You will report to the Head of Ecommerce and mentor a Design & Content Apprentice, shaping the direction of the digital function.

The role covers improving UX and conversions, creating reusable templates, and developing a consistent design system while collaborating with Ecommerce, Product and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Broad eCommerce design and digital design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI results.
• Figma proficiency; Magento 2 exposure advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and content experience.
• Email marketing and design experience.
• Understanding of analytics, CRO and user behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Improve website UX, design and conversion across key journeys.
• Create digital designs and prototypes using Figma.
• Use GA4, Clarity and testing tools to analyse behaviour and drive performance.
• Create website content and longer-form copy.
• Design email campaigns and reusable templates.
• Produce creative for social, paid media and other digital channels.
• Develop a consistent design system across Figma and Canva.
• Keep creative work on-brand and commercially focused.
• Mentor and support a junior team member.
