Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking a Head of Digital and eCommerce in Manchester on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the digital growth strategy, optimise online channels and manage a high-performing team to win in a fast-moving ecommerce landscape.

The role sits within the Commercial function, overseeing D2C, marketplaces and omnichannel growth, while building a strong digital ecosystem and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in eCommerce or digital sales with multi-channel growth knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketplaces and performance metrics.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding.
• Digital transformation leadership and cross-functional tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a market-leading ecommerce strategy across channels.
• Own ecommerce P&L, revenue targets and profitability, budgets and ROI.
• Strengthen digital brand presence across websites, social and content.
• Partner with retailers and platforms to optimise online performance.
• Lead digital transformation and cross-functional capability building.
• Ensure operational excellence in site performance, content and fulfilment.
• Build an integrated ecommerce ecosystem for scale.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
