Job summary

PZ Cussons seeks a Head of Digital and eCommerce to shape and lead the commercial digital growth strategy across online channels, including D2C, marketplaces and omnichannel retailers. You will optimise performance, build a high‑performing team and drive growth in a fast-moving market.

Reporting to the Europe Sales Director, you will own the ecommerce P&L, manage trade budgets, and collaborate with retailers, marketing, supply chain and technology to deliver a cohesive digital ecosystem that

Qualifications

• Experience defining a multi-channel online growth strategy across marketplaces, channels and digital media.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketplaces and performance metrics.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of online customer economics and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a market leading ecommerce strategy to accelerate revenue growth across channels (D2C, pureplay, marketplaces, omnichannel retailers).
• Own the ecommerce P&L, revenue targets and profitability across channels, managing trade budgets and ROI-centric investments.
• Strengthen digital brand presence across websites, social, paid media, CRM and digital content.
• Partner with retailers and platforms to manage relationships and improve product discoverability, digital shelf performance, and trade spend effectiveness.
• Lead digital transformation through data, tools and automation to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.
• Oversee digital operations such as site performance, content accuracy, merchandising, stock availability and fulfillment partnerships.
• Build an integrated ecommerce ecosystem to elevate digital capability across teams and enable scaling online.
• Lead and develop high performing teams with a culture of innovation and agility.
