Job summary

PZ Cussons invites an accomplished Head of Digital and eCommerce to Manchester on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will shape the digital growth strategy, lead a talented team and optimise online channels across D2C, marketplaces and omnichannel retailers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading eCommerce/digital sales strategies across multi-channel setups.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize ROI and manage P&L.
• Experience building high-performing teams and partnering with retailers and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a market-leading ecommerce strategy across D2C, marketplaces and omnichannel retailers.
• Own ecommerce P&L and revenue targets with disciplined planning and ROI-driven investments.
• Strengthen digital brand presence via websites, social, paid media, CRM and content.
• Build relationships with online retailers and platforms to improve product discoverability and digital shelf performance.
• Lead digital transformation and cross-functional capability development across marketing, sales and supply chain.
• Oversee site performance, content quality, merchandising, stock and fulfillment partnerships.
