Job summary

Sky News is seeking a Head of Audience - Digital to lead audience growth, engagement and conversion across our digital platforms. You will connect editorial judgment, audience insight and commercial awareness to create distinctive, video-first experiences.

You’ll work with editorial, product, data, marketing and propositions teams to turn audience understanding into better content, journeys and platform priorities while maintaining trust and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience in digital news or media.
• Deep understanding of digital audience journeys and retention.
• Excellent editorial judgment and video-first content sense.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with editorial, product, data, and marketing to shape content and propositions.
• Own the end-to-end digital audience growth, engagement and conversion strategy.
• Prioritize discovery, acquisition, engagement, and retention across platforms.
• Translate audience insights into video-first journeys and platform priorities.
• Provide senior editorial leadership for Sky News content across digital platforms.
• Use data, testing, and feedback to drive editorial and product improvements.
• Lead platform specialists and foster an audience-focused culture.
