Job summary

Sky News seeks a Head of Audience Analytics & Insights to unify audience intelligence from measurement to recommendations that influence editorial, product, platform and commercial decisions. You will lead a connected analytics function, driving rigour, strategic thinking and impactful insights across Sky’s media assets.

You'll own the measurement framework, lead senior stakeholder discussions and set priorities to maximise decision value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audience data, analytics or insights in media or consumer business.
• Ability to embed evidence-led decision-making and translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong governance, prioritisation and resource-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Sky News' audience measurement framework and analytical principles across broadcast, digital, social and third-party data.
• Lead recurring performance reporting, diagnostics and deep dives, identifying where performance changed and why.
• Translate analytics and market context into clear implications and practical recommendations, tracking adoption and impact.
• Lead senior performance conversations, delivering decisions, owners and next steps to editorial and non-technical audiences.
