Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a Head of Design for premium textiles in bedding and bathroom. You will lead a small team, work with retailers like John Lewis and Harrods, and drive a growing portfolio across UK and export markets.

You will source fabrics, develop samples, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling designs and CAD assets for packaging and trade shows. Travel globally to supplier meetings and fairs will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong CAD skills using AVA, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on in a busy design-led environment with retail brand exposure.
• Experience presenting concepts to customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel globally and attend trade fairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small design team and collaborate with Head of Product/ directors.
• Develop designs for bedding and bathroom categories for UK and export markets.
• Source fabrics and oversee supplier visits and fabric development.
• Create CAD visuals for packaging inserts and care labels.
• Present designs confidently to customers and internal teams.
