Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates seeks a Head of Design for premium bedding and bathroom textiles. You will lead design direction, manage a small team, and drive product development from concept to samples.

Role requires hands-on CAD work, strong presentation skills, and experience with major retailers. Travel to trade shows and supplier visits will be part of the role as you expand in the UK and export markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, with PREMIUM bedding and bathroom experience.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to create CAD forms for product design and packaging.
• Experience presenting concepts to customers and coordinating with suppliers.
• Experience dressing trade shows and working with retailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for premium home textiles and bedding/bath products.
• Manage a small design team and collaborate with Head of Product and directors.
• Source fabrics and techniques via supplier visits and trade fairs.
• Create and present credible, trend-driven design concepts for UK and export markets.
• Oversee CAD creation for packaging and care labels, plus samples development.
