Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a Head of Design to lead premium home textiles (bedding and bathroom) across UK and export markets. The role is hands-on, managing a small design team and collaborating with Head of Product and directors to deliver on-trend, commercial collections.

You will source fabrics, brief suppliers, present to customers, and ensure samples meet exact specifications while driving growth through target channels and global trade shows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedlinen and bathroom.
• Hands-on leadership of a small design team in a premium brand.
• Strong CAD and presentation skills with able to provide CADs and packaging visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for bedding and bathroom lines across UK and export markets.
• Manage development of samples from suppliers to meet exact specs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Head of Product and directors to ensure bulk production efficiency.
• Source fabrics and techniques through suppliers and trade fairs.
• Present concepts to customers and internal stakeholders with confident visuals.
• Brief suppliers in detail to produce samples and manage critical path for projects.
