• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on leadership experience managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for premium bedding and bathroom products.
• Collaborate with Head of Product/ directors to ensure bulk production efficiency.
• Source fabrics globally and oversee sample development and approvals.
• Present designs to retailers and key customers and adapt concepts to briefs.
• Create CADs for packaging and contribute to trend resources and showrooms.
