Job summary

Symbiotic is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive partnerships, DeFi integrations and strategic alliances across our product suite. You will work closely with the CEO and product leads to shape growth and capture market opportunities.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage a deep network in crypto-native funds and DeFi communities to accelerate deals, expand TVL, and influence product roadmaps while building Symbiotic's growth moat.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commercial success with closed deals and strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation skills with energy to close terms.
• Deep network among crypto-native funds and DeFi communities.
• DeFi-fluent operator with growth in TVL, liquidity or adoption.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with business development across product verticals.
• Shape Symbiotic's commercial strategy and partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities and strategic alliances for growth.
• Maintain target account intelligence and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to execute growth plans.
• Engage customer base and DeFi community to inform roadmaps.
