Job summary

KPK is seeking a senior institutional partnerships lead to own how institutional capital accesses our on-chain yield products. You will convert relationships with asset managers, hedge funds and family offices into committed allocations across our treasury management, vaults and tokenised funds.

You will translate complex DeFi yield strategies into clear investment conviction, drive capital inflows, and identify strategic opportunities including partnerships and co-investment structures.

Responsibilities

• Originate and convert relationships with institutional allocators into committed allocations.
• Translate complex on-chain yield strategies into clear investment conviction to drive capital inflows.
• Identify strategic opportunities including partnerships and distribution agreements to expand institutional reach.
• Contribute to product structuring and go-to-market strategy for new fund and vault products.
• Represent KPK at senior investor meetings, conferences and industry forums relevant to institutional DeFi adoption.
