Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to drive a high-impact data function in a growing B2B business. This remote role offers £90,000-£110,000 plus bonus and a clear path to shape marketing analytics, customer insights and commercial strategy.

You will lead a team of analysts, define segmentation and targeting models, build dashboards in Power BI, and partner with executives to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in marketing or B2B environments.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• Strong marketing analytics and customer insights.
• Ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience in segmentation and targeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions
