You will develop a team of analysts, define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy, build segmentation models, and deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and campaigns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
