Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead the analytics function for a growing B2B business. You will build and manage a team of analysts, define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy, and deliver actionable insights to drive customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth.

This remote (UK) role offers a base salary of £90,000 - £110,000 plus bonus, high-visibility with senior leadership, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Strong marketing analytics and customer insight experience.
Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
Experience within B2B, lead generation, sales, or telemarketing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of analysts.
Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
