Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to shape how a growing B2B business uses data to drive customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth. You will lead the analytics function, develop a high-performing team and provide insights that influence marketing and wider business strategy.

The role offers £90,000–£110,000 base salary, a performance-related bonus, and fully remote working after onboarding, with strong benefits and opportunities to grow the analytics function.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing analytics and customer insight experience.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
• Ability to translate data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience within B2B, lead generation, sales, or telemarketing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions
