Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to drive data-led growth from a remote position in the UK. You will shape the analytics function, build a capable team, and deliver insights that influence marketing, sales, and overall strategy.

You will lead segmentation and targeting initiatives, oversee dashboards in Power BI, and apply SQL to evaluate campaigns and customer data. A high-visibility role with senior leadership awaits.

The Role

• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models
