Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a highly experienced Head of Commercial to lead the Commercial function within the Wireless Division in Hartlebury. You will protect and improve contract profitability through governance, revenue recovery and proactive client engagement.

You will drive performance across projects, ensuring entitlements are maximised, costs controlled, and risks mitigated, while guiding the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams to robust WIP reporting and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability.
• Proven experience in contract governance, revenue recovery and change control.
• Experience in client-facing commercial management, holding clients to account for contractual obligations.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills overseeing multiple teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge performance to drive outcomes.
• Industry experience in telecoms, construction or infrastructure.
• Degree or professional qualification in a commercial, financial or quantity surveying discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Drive margin improvement and profitability across all contracts and programmes.
• Ensure robust commercial governance, contract compliance and risk management.
• Maximise recovery of contractual entitlements, variations and additional revenues.
• Own WIP reporting accuracy and commercial forecasting.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve financial performance and cash generation.
• Provide commercial insight to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, systems and reporting.
• Lead client-facing discussions and hold clients to account for contractual obligations, approvals, and change control.
• Identify and claim contractual entitlements, variations, and recoverable costs where justified.
