Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Head of Commercial to own governance, profitability, and negotiations for a growing telecom infrastructure business. Based near Worcester/Kidderminster, you will report to the Managing Director and support Project Directors by driving margin optimisation and commercial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Commercial Managers and support teams.
• Lead client-facing commercial discussions and hold operators to contract obligations.
• Drive margin improvement, ensure robust WIP reporting and forecasting.
• Identify and recover contractual entitlements, variations, and payments to maximise cash flow.
