Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Commercial Lead for the Wireless Infrastructure division in the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the Commercial Team, oversee governance, reporting, and risk management, and take full P&L responsibility for the division.

You will collaborate with operations, customers, and supply chain partners to deliver profitable projects, manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, and drive revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the mobile telecoms industry
• Experience as Commercial Manager or senior commercial lead
• Proven leadership of commercial teams
• NEC3/NEC4 contract management experience
• Full P&L responsibility

Responsibilities

• Lead Wireless Division Commercial Team
• Maintain commercial governance, controls and reporting processes
• Provide commercial leadership to operational, project and finance teams
• Drive commercial awareness, accountability and continuous improvement
• Act as primary commercial interface between Wireless Division and senior management
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the Wireless Division
• Analyse performance vs budget, identify profitability opportunities
• Produce monthly/weekly commercial performance reports
