Fill My Funnel, a leading B2B LinkedIn Ads agency trusted by over 100 brands worldwide, is looking to fill a key leadership position.

  • +3 Years working with B2B businesses within an agency.
  • +3 Years of Management Experience leading a client services team within an Agency.
  • Foundational knowledge and understanding of the LinkedIn Advertising platform.

The Head of Client Services will oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving business growth. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of client needs and market trends.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Services to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, business growth and managing our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with agency capabilities.
  • Account Management: Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop strategic plans. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise the execution of projects, campaigns, or services to ensure they align with client goals and expectations and deliver high-quality services or products to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support in client interactions and project execution. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Business Growth: Participate in business development activities to acquire new clients. Work closely with the Owner to maximise new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets and financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet or exceed agreed-upon standards, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Management Team: Work with the agency owner and Head of Operations to ensure the team is utilising processes and are held accountable in line with the client and business expectations.
