Lead Client Partner

About the role

As Lead Client Partner, you will help build our market share by selling Tecknuovo's transformational services that drive measurable outcomes to our customers. You will identify, build, and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing customers and partners. You will work closely with organisations and your network to create a portfolio of business opportunities to increase customer value and drive revenue growth through our associate model. You will guide these opportunities from inception through to design and implementation, using a collaborative approach. You will provide leadership and support to other members of the Engagement Hub and wider HQ team and ensure that commercial outcomes are delivered for both Tecknuovo and our customers, always aligning with our Values.

Your role involves helping to shape and deliver a strategy and operating model that focuses on customer success and ensuring zero dependency on us, with our customers. You also have a strong desire to learn about the growing technology landscape and use this knowledge to create an exciting and engaging customer message. To thrive in this role, you will help keep Tecknuovo at the forefront of industry trends, informed of the competitive landscape, and continually improve our brand in the marketplace. When you are not delivering outstanding value to our clients, you will have the chance to provide thought leadership to technical communities to help build awareness around the best practices we are looking to implement across Tecknuovo’s practices.

About the Engagement Hub

The Engagement Hub is the Tecknuovo domain for understanding customer needs and identifying where we can add value and make a difference. The team focus on creating and growing strong relationships and partnerships across industries and with our customers, both potential and existing. The Hub works closely with Delivery to ensure the best-in-class service and outcomes for organisations we are working with.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring sustained commercial growth and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Define and lead the client engagement strategy across multiple sectors, aligning Tecknuovo’s capabilities to client roadmaps and transformation agendas.
  • Collaborate with internal hubs and client delivery teams to architect and mobilise complex service delivery models at scale.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, crafting and executing strategic account plans to grow revenue across existing and new accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships at C-suite and senior stakeholder levels, ensuring Tecknuovo is positioned as a strategic partner, not just a service provider.
  • Provide strategic oversight to Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring commercial viability and clear client value.
  • Champion the articulation of Tecknuovo’s impact through case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content.
  • Ensure all activity contributes to and aligns with Tecknuovo’s North Star and wider business objectives.

Experience required

  • Extensive experience in technology consulting and digital transformation, with a demonstrable record of strategic account growth within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven success in solution and service design, and ability to lead on translating complex client needs into commercially sound and delivery-ready propositions.
  • Strong track record of executive stakeholder management and influence, across both business and IT leadership teams.
  • Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic accounts from inception to maturity.
  • Direct leadership experience in managing multi-account portfolios and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Broad experience across public and private sectors; understanding of their differing commercial and regulatory landscapes.
  • Ideally brings experience from scale-up, high-growth environments, and can thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial cultures.
