Churchill Group is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead cleaning services across a prestigious London site. You will oversee a team of Operations and Service Delivery Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and profitable contract performance.

This senior role focuses on operational excellence, growth opportunities, and the development of high-performing teams within a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience within cleaning, facilities management, or multi-site services.
• Proven experience developing managers within large-scale operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contract profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at Director level.
• Analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Operations Managers and Duty Managers to deliver outstanding service.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as the key operational contact.
• Drive KPI performance, quality standards, customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
• Review operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Lead client reviews and ensure robust action plans are implemented where required.
• Support contract profitability through effective budget management and commercial decision-making.
• Conduct site visits to ensure service excellence, compliance, and consistent standards.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and health & safety.
