We are seeking a leader for Lloyd's Claims Operations to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on value-added activities through appropriate infrastructure and access to information. This leadership role involves driving innovation in data, technology, and reporting, while forging partnerships across the market and with regulators to ensure robust, innovative processes and high data quality for strategic decision-making.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing solutions for efficiency improvements, and evolving the Target Operating Model in collaboration with the Director of Claims.
  2. Deciding on innovation initiatives in partnership with the Innovation lead, including preparing Claims for BluePrint2 delivery.
  3. Leading data improvement initiatives for Claims.
  4. Project managing initiatives related to Claims strategy, resource model evolution, and process analysis to shorten cycles and enhance the Lloyd's platform attractiveness.
  5. Managing and reporting on objectives, budgets, and projects.
  6. Overseeing all outsource/vendor relations.
  7. Ensuring processes are efficient, documented, and understood, facilitating reciprocal data flows and intelligence sharing.
  8. Collaborating with market representatives and managing regulatory relationships, including Lloyd's Europe, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

This role reports to the Claims Director and is part of the claims leadership team, playing a vital role in the strategic and operational performance of the market.
