About the job

The Head of Business Observability for the UK ADM Practice will play a crucial role in establishing a Business Observability practice in the UK as a vehicle to transform Managed Services for Capgemini UK clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with UK ADM engagements & Market Units in positioning Business Observability as part of our Managed Service Offer.
• Engage with leaders on accounts to develop a customized proposition on business observability for their clients.
• Coach Engagement Managers to improve Service Delivery alignment and drive business performance improvements.
• Coach existing client service delivery teams to deploy and run Business Observability solutions.
• Liaise & coordinate with capability groups across UK & India to deliver quality teams.
• Engage key partners in the market to ensure alignment of strategy and execution and create joint GTM plans.

Role Scope

• Develop industry‑specific offer packs aligning the proposition to industry challenges.
• Establish Business Observability in target accounts by working with EMs and Client Partners.
• Provide guidance to ADM Service delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Work with leading observability players (Cisco, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Datadog) to identify target accounts and develop joint solutions.
