Berkeley Living in Staines-upon-Thames is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the 187-unit Eden Grove BTR scheme. You will drive on-site delivery, oversee the team, and ensure a first-class resident experience across daily operations.

Responsibilities span operations, finance, health and safety, leasing and marketing, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management, ideally within Build to Rent/Living sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Commitment to sustainability, safety, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans for day-to-day running.
• Lead and motivate an on-site team, focusing on wellbeing and development.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, and learning for the on-site team.
• Collaborate with centralised support teams to deliver best-in-class service and resident engagement.
• Promote sustainability initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 and manage voids effectively.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure lease compliance and address maintenance.
