Berkeley Living is seeking an Operations Leader to support the General Manager across two schemes in London. You will lead on-site teams, drive performance and wellbeing, and oversee recruitment, induction and development in line with policy.

This role coordinates with central support, manages budgets and service levels, and ensures health and safety compliance, tenant engagement, and smooth delivery of leasing and marketing activities within Berkeley communities.

Formación

• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience in operations management within residential/property environments.
• Recruitment, induction and staff development skills.
• Budget monitoring and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Strong health and safety compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in implementing operational plans across two Berkeley Living schemes.
• Provide visible leadership to on-site teams and foster a positive working environment.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, training and development.
• Coordinate with centralised support to deliver consistent customer service and resident engagement.
• Develop local relationships and partnerships aligned with Vision 2030.
• Oversee routine maintenance coordination and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Monitor service levels and liaise with estate management for smooth delivery.
